"We used these guys to move from a 2 bedroom first floor apartment to our new home which is a 2 story colonial - we had some very heavy items but the crew moved everything happily and efficiently. We were pleased when we were told mid move that we would be paying the quoted price. We also appreciated that they showed up right on time and ready to go. We ran out of moving boxes and had a few loose items which they handled with care and didn't complain about. Moving stinks but if you need help with it, hire this crew and you won't regret it”

"Moving from storage unit in Northboro to condo in Northboro. I used the Fresh Start Moving Crew for the second part of my move on July 5, 2017. They were fantastic!! I would highly recommend this mover to all my friends, family and neighbors. They were punctual, courteous, friendly, professional, respectful, nice and patient. The first part of my move in May 2017 was an extremely unpleasant experience with another moving company who had scammed me. I called Fresh Start Movers to do the second part of my move after I realized my belongings were not stored properly, many glass items were not wrapped and most of my things were just thrown into the storage unit. I explained my horrible experience to Mary (the office manager) and James (the owner) of Fresh Start Moving. They were very sympathetic and understanding of what I had gone through a few months prior. They were aware of the fact that I wanted to go slow with this move, as I needed to take pictures as evidence against the first movers I hired. James even gave me tips regarding who to call (AG, BBB, MDPU, FMCSA) and what websites to visit to make a case against the other company. They took the time to explain the situation to the 5 guys who they sent to my house for the move. They did everything in their power to make sure I had a positive experience for the second part of my move. The guys could not have been more wonderful, cooperative and patient as I took pictures of my damaged belongings. They were horrified to see how everything was packed. They explained to me the right and wrong way to pack, wrap and store specific household items. They told me how things SHOULD have been packed. James gave me one guy for free and also an hour of moving time for free. I think he felt badly about everything I had gone through with the first part of my move. He even came back to pick up the majority of my boxes for me so I didn't have to dispose of them myself. He also agreed to sign a letter for the Attorney General regarding all of the damage to my furniture and how the other movers incorrectly packed most of my items. Thank you Fresh Start Movers, you made me have faith in moving companies again!!!! I wish I had hired you for the first part of my move!!!!”
